If you're looking for the latest "gee-wiz" strategies and technologies in the VE industry, this resource isn't necessarily what you're looking for. Although several new technological developments are presented and discussed in the course, the primary focus is reiterating what value engineering SHOULD be.
While this course's design targets more experienced VE practitioners, it may also benefit those new to the field.
