- Worked as a Design Engineer in the private industry before switching to a regional flood control agency
- Worked as a Facility Relocations Specialist and Planner for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in New Orleans
Value Engineering & Mission
Frank has over 27 years of experience working as a Value Engineer Officer. During his time, he has directed a substantial VE program, facilitated studies, managed VE consultants, and served on various study teams for several other Corps VE workshops.
Frank gained a unique and broad perspective on how VE studies are performed throughout his diverse training. He wants to share his knowledge so that others can benefit from it.
Nowadays, Frank is enjoying semi-retirement, spending time with his wife and daughter. However, his favorite pastime is being a paw-paw!
